Beginnings do matter.. how this came about was with a zoomed in magnification of a section from a painting. What I discovered in the microscopic magnification from that painting is directly where this image came from.
For me it was like finding a hidden code imbedded inside my artwork. This and Stephen's Assent are paintings which came about from zooming in on a few inch section to discover an visual idea previously unseen.
Some day down the line.. considering I live long enough.. I probably will work with this microscopic zooming in process for discovering more images to develop. Probably AI could be a great tool to open that door.

Primarily, this is a collection. A collection of my exploring what I could do with photos of my real-world-paintings.
Artworks are from the years 2000 to 2020. They've been sitting on my hard-drive not doing anything for years.

When I first started the project of editing images of my paintings, my purpose was to develop compositions as proto types. Models for creating larger acrylic /or oil paintings on canvas.

I could simply make a listing connecting each of these with a Printful.com account selling a print version only. Preserving my original digital file.

Reality pill; and my goals have changed.
As well, I think there's a possibility that some number of like minded creative people will want to expand upon the visual concepts I began. In that way, what I created will truly live on.
