Acrylic painting I did about 2017. I list this as a Reproduction painting... however, there is some strong Curve filter use here which makes the White Highlights stand out a lot. The actual painting is not that profound.
Not an exact Reproduction.. but pretty close.
This is an early works painting. When there were only a few painting I was happy about. This one stood out to me as successful.
For a long time.. I was not happy about 99% of the artwork I'd done. Somehow, time has shifted my perspective to see and like what I do.

I wanted to see what I could do. I realized, painting, photography, and digital painting belong together. Complimenting each other.
Primarily, this is a collection. A collection of my exploring what I could do with photos of my real-world-paintings.
Artworks are from the years 2000 to 2020. They've been sitting on my hard-drive not doing anything for years.
It's fulfilling to think someone would want to hang my art on their wall.
But, even more fulfilling to think someone would want to expand upon the visual ideas they found in my work.

When I first started the project of editing images of my paintings, my purpose was to develop compositions as proto types. Models for creating larger acrylic /or oil paintings on canvas.

I could simply make a listing connecting each of these with a Printful.com account selling a print version only. Preserving my original digital file.
Instead, I'm offering the high-resolution .tif file at a ridiculously low price.
Why?
Reality pill; and my goals have changed.
As well, I think there's a possibility that some number of like minded creative people will want to expand upon the visual concepts I began. In that way, what I created will truly live on.
In my mind, theses have always been a visual idea to be expanded upon. If that's an endeavor of soul you would like to under take. I think you would find it rewarding.
